What are Dermal Fillers?

Get Ready and Go
Dermal Fillers are injections of hyaluronic acid. HA is able to store moisture and is responsible for your skin’s plumpness and glow. It is usually topically applied but when injected it can restore loss of volume and replenish the hydration lost from diminishing collagen and elastin, which depletes with age.
We are proud that our dermal fillers are FDA approved – Juvéderm, Restylane Teosayl, Profhilo.
Our medical team can provide the most up to date injectable techniques, including Juvéderm MD codes and Profhilo.

Where can I have Dermal Fillers?

Dermal Fillers are suitable for different parts of the face – the eye area, cheeks, mouth and jawline, as well as in the lips. You can also have it on the neck, chest and hands.

Does it hurt and will people know that I’ve had it done?

Fine microneedles are used which therefore makes the procedure generally pain-free. Some patients do prefer to have numbing cream which is topically applied pre-appointment. The injections only take a few minutes, and in most cases, the areas won’t be noticeable so you can carry on as normal that day.
When will I see results and how long does it last?
Our Doctors and Nurse Prescriber use their medical judgment and skill to prescribe the correct Dermal Filler and then they decide the best method to achieve natural results with minimal down time.
Results will depend on how your body reacts and which HA product is used, but generally results will last between 6 to 18months.
