Following on from your appointment with Dr Gilani, we also offer a free review appointment to discuss your results and if you are happy with the results. If necessary top up treatments can also be given.

Azzulure upper face
The main areas treated with Botox is the upper face, an area where it works best.
Patients main areas of concerns tend to be the frown lines, the horizontal forehead lines, which is where frontalis muscle is. The glabella complex which is where we treat the two vertical lines close to each eyebrow. And finally the orbicularis oculi muscles, to treat the crow’s feet around the eyes.
Wrinkle smoothing injections work by relaxing these muscles, which causes the skin to relax as well. Lines and wrinkles are smoothed out or disappear all together.
Results are seen within 10 days of treatment and can last up to 5 months, therefore it is desirable to go for repeat treatments every 3-5 months to maintain the results you desire.

Azzulure lift mouth
Dr Gilani is also highly trained and insured to treat other areas for Botox. She prides herself on achieving natural looking results which can be achieved by lifting the mouth, treating the neck and lifting the jowls. This is in combination with injectables such as Redensity and Profhilo can give naturally outstanding results over a few appointments.
As we age lines appear around the mouth and can give a downturned mouth sad look, which patients want to correct. After an Azzulure lift, your facial expressions will be softened and rejuvenated and the corners of the mouth will stop curving downwards.

Cheek Filler
As we age, or if we lose weight, the padded areas on and around the cheeks shrink and appear flat. With this your lower face can look heavy and you may have nasolabial lines and marionette lines appear.
So by using Dermal Fillers, which are injections of hyaluronic acid, in the cheek area we are able to restore loss of volume and replenish the hydration lost from diminishing collagen and elastin. By plumping the cheek bones, this will provide the illusion of a more defined bone structure.
