Cancellation Policy
Applies to new bookings from 19th February 2024
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we are able to maximise our appointment availability for all of our patients.
This ensures that we are able to offer a cancelled appointment time to a patient who needs it.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you email us at [email protected] (at least 48 hours before your appointment.)
Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your pre-paid treatment or deposit being forfeited.
The below table indicates the charges within each notice period, which applies to all pre-paid treatments from a package , or consultations, reviews, and patch tests.
