GDPR Data protection & privacy for all clients of No.6 and No.6 Clinic®
We take your privacy and data very seriously at No.6 and No.6 Clinic® so we want to explain the steps we’ve taken to ensure that your privacy is maintained and your data is not shared.
We do not share your information with any 3rd parties.
All paper notes on treatments and plans are stored in locked cupboards and you can request access to your medical notes by emailing [email protected] An admin fee of £60 is charged to cover the administration costs. You can request notes to be destroyed if you wish to stop visiting No.6.
If you wish to opt out of occasional emails and offers please email [email protected] and this will be done immediately.
All No.6 staff have a privacy clause written into their contracts.
Deposits online are required for some facials and aesthetic treatments. In event of not cancelling your appointment within 24hrs or a no show then 50% of the price of the treatment will be taken, as per our cancellation policy. Card details are destroyed by our diary provider as soon as you attend your appointment.
